I only take payment up front and will not begin on a commission until it is fully paid off.
My pricing is subject to change depending on character complexity.
Payment plans are open for discussion depending on the commissions pricing, but I do not always accept them.
Once a sketch gets approval, I no longer offer refunds.
I can cancel and refund a commission whenever I deem it necessary.EditsI will send WIPs throughout the entire process, in each stage I will ask for approval. Once approval is given, I will make only 2 edits before I begin charging fees.
Clients must provide an accurate reference, a clear description and any additional details for the commission. If you are commissioning for a custom design, you must describe everything you want in the design and do not want.Additional Information> Any character that is sent to me must belong to the client! I will not accept commissions that are of stolen characters. If you are commissioning a gift for someone else the client MUST notify me.> I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason!> Clients must credit me if the art is reposted. Do not copy, reference, trace, or use my art for profit of any kind! Please do not claim the art as your own!> I do NOT accept deadlines> Unless discussed your commission may not be used for sellable merch.Work ScheduleI normally work on artwork every day. I work a full-time job on top of art Mon-Fri. During the week I work 2-3 hours at night, on the weekends I draw between 8-10 hours a day. I will notify clients if I am away, or something comes up. Commissions usually have 1-3 months turnaround time due to this.Adoptable/Auction Rules> Sales for adoptable and auction designs are FINAL. There are no refunds. > A buyer may resell the adopt for the same price as purchased, UNLESS you have gotten more art than this rule does not apply. > Buyer may repost the adoptable with credit.
